Mechanical, Servo-Driven and Other Presses to 1600-Ton Capacities

Stamping presses from Turkey-based Ales Pres are available in North America, including mechanical, servo-driven, transfer and more. Servomechanical (pictured) and link-motion presses from the company offer capacities to 1600 tons with speeds to 100 strokes/min., with beds to 5 m long. Traditional mechanical presses boast the same capacities and bed lengths, with speeds reaching 300 strokes/min. For quicker installation in tighter spaces, monoblock presses, in capacities to 600 tons, bed lengths to 2.8 m and speeds to 300 strokes/min., offer eased transportation due to the monoblock construction, and don’t require ground and foundation work for installation. 

The company also offers full progressive-die stamping lines with single-PLC management, resulting in full line control from one source and less likelihood of alarms.
