Hy-Tech Acquires Numatx

Hy-Tech Machine, Inc., Cranberry Township, PA, a manufacturer of engineered products, tools and replacement parts, announced the acquisition of the assets of Numatx, Inc., Dayton, OH, a manufacturer of aerospace-grade riveters. Hy-Tech sees the acquisition as a point of entry into the aerospace industry, and accordingly Numatx founder and owner Mark Swinford will join the Hy-Tech staff as vice president of business development-global aerospace.
