A tool and die maker by trade, Scott has more than 40 yr. of experience in the tooling, stamping and steel industries. Throughout his career, he has held numerous roles, including tool and die apprentice, tool and die maker, tool and die engineer, die estimator, senior sales and tooling engineer, sales account manager, director of strategic initiatives, director of manufacturing, and vice president of engineering.
He has trained at the Dale Carnegie School, is a certified tool and die maker, and received his tool and die maker apprenticeship through the U.S. Department of Labor.
