In-Die Operations refer to tasks performed within a metal-stamping die via the stamping press. These tasks include tapping, fastening, assembly, welding and more. Such operations provide an economical and time-saving alternative to performing such tasks outside of the stamping press during secondary operations.
What is Welding?
In-die welding is an alternative to seconday welding operations, and employs technology to join parts and add fasteners within the stamping press die.
