A new Hermle C 400 five-axis CNC machining center has landed on the production floor of Future Products, Clawson, MI, a manufacturer of precision die tooling and machined components. The machine excels in milling complex geometries while retaining precision and optimum surface finishes.
“We are proud to be the first company in the United States to install this state-of-the-art machine,” says company president Irvin Swider. In addition to five-axis machining, Future Products, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, performs wire and sinker EDM, turning and milling, surface grinding and jig grinding.
