Colt Automation Under New Ownership

CommentsPress-automation equipment manufacturer Colt Automation, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, was recently sold to a private consortium. The firm remains under the helm of general manager Rick Adams. Colt Automation manufactures coil-handling equipment including coil cars, upenders, uncoiler reels and cradles; press-feed equipment such as straighteners and roll feeders; and servo-transfer systems.
