Amada Press Systems Debuts Feeder Line on One Controller at FABTECH
November 1, 2024CommentsAmada Press System America debuted its leveler feeder automation system for the first time in North America. Part of the press OEM’s compact feeder line, the first-in-the-industry system is unique in that the entire line—servo press, feeder and leveler—is controlled by one single HMI.
Instead of an operator having to work with two different control platforms and two different HMIs, the operator has only one HMI to manage to achieve production, relayed Ben McGuire, vice president of sales and marketing.
