Coilfarm, to provide flexible availability of a wide variety of materials in a variety
of material thicknesses and color variants.
Features:
- High capacity: With a capacity of 75 coils, with max coil diameter of 43 in. and coil width to 15.75 in., a wide range of different materials, material thicknesses and color variants can be accessed immediately and without delay. This promises to help shops manage several large projects running simultaneously. Max coil weight: 11,000 lb.
- Fast coil change: Coil changes occur quickly and safely, reducing setup times and significantly increasing overall production efficiency.
- Simple loading process: The mandrels can easily be attached to the coil for loading via the setup station.
- Precision: An integrated zero-line alignment (fixed edge) ensures that the materials perfectly align with every setup.
