SuperMax Tools Acquired by Laguna Tools

SuperMax Tools, St. Paul, MN, a manufacturer of drum and brush sanders, announced that the company has been acquired by Laguna Tools, Inc., Irvine, CA, a manufacturer of CNC machinery and saws. The acquisition is effective immediately, and SuperMax and Laguna customers will be able to combine their orders upon completion of a new distribution center on the East Coast, which is expected by year’s end.
