P&G and U.S. Machine & Tool Form Strategic Partnership

Metal stamper U.S. Machine & Tool Co., Inc., Tyrone, GA, and manufacturer/fabricator P&G Steel Products Co., Buffalo, NY, have announced a strategic relationship to offer a single-source supply for the companies’ mutual customers. The agreement also includes P&G Steel’s sister company, P&G Metal Components, Bloomfield, CT, which supplies metal stampings, shot peening and surface finishing. The companies hope the partnership’s broadened geographical reach will allow them provide local supply options to multiple facilities for mutual customers, without the cost of expansion.
