V&S Galvanizing Acquires Korns Galvanizing Company, Inc.

V&S Galvanizing, a hot-dip galvanizing service provider headquartered in Columbus, OH, and with eight U.S. facilities, has acquired Korns Galvanizing Company, Inc., Johnstown, PA, a hot-dip galvanizer of castings, stampings, fasteners and small structural fabrications.

"The addition of Korns allows V&S to expand our capacity and capabilities in the region,” says Brian Miller, V&S Galvanizing CEO.  “There is strong market demand for small kettle galvanizing in the Eastern half of the United States."
