High-Accuracy Material Pusher Handles Loads to 240 lb.

New from TigerStop, the TigerStop Pro, an automated material
pusher that attaches to old or new machinery. With a roller table, it provides
automatic push feeding of material weighing to 240 lb. at accuracy to +/- 0.004
in. Users now can push, pull and position heavier material faster and more than
with previous push systems via a refreshed and intuitive touchscreen interface,
according to company officials.
Featuring a brushless motor design, the unit, evolving from the original TigerStop, also comes with TigerStop’s Dynamic Optimization software upgrade, with its Dynamic Pack Optimization feature enabling users to avoid overcutting packs and bundles of material. TigerStop Pro also includes upgrades of Cut List Downloading software and a label-printing upgrade. An upgrade kit allows for upgrading an existing TigerStop to TigerStop Pro.
