Tooling Tech Group (TTG) highlights its ability to serve as a single-source supplier for the metal forming industry, offering services from die design, simulation and engineering through die build, repair, tryout and production stampings. Booth visitors can see stamped components produced from the company’s manufactured dies as well as demonstrations of its transfer press simulation service.
The transfer press simulation service identifies crashes and inefficient transfer system curves, providing key insights into the transfer die process prior to the dies being machined, built and tried out. In addition to design and build, TTG can provide complete transfer die tryout with its own 280-in., 2750-ton Eagle stamping press and linear transfer system.
The company has more than 1 million sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 600 employees at 13 locations in four states as well as an engineering office in China.
