Middleville Tool & Die Acquired, Rebranded

Green Light Growth Partners, LLC (GLGP), a private investment firm specializing in the automotive industry, has acquired and rebranded metal former Middleville Tool & Die Co., Grand Rapids, MI. The company’s new name: Middleville Engineered Solutions, LLC (MES).
"We’re excited to work with MES and further leverage its engineering-centric approach to drive accelerated growth,” says GLGP managing partner Josh Schulze. "The new name aligns more closely with how our team designs, develops and manufactures products for the automotive industry.”
Emphasizing that the rebranding doesn't detract from the company’s legacy, but rather highlights its ongoing commitment to innovation, MES president and CEO William Blanton adds: "We are confident that GLGP is the right investment group to support the next phase of our growth trajectory.”
