In addition to offering traditional tool steels such as AISI A2, D2 and S7, the company also supplies materials to form advanced high-strength steels.
In certain cold-work applications, the company’s Uddeholm Vanadis powder-metallurgical tool steels, Uddeholm Caldie, Uddeholm Carmo or Bohler K340 Isodur can offer significant tooling improvements, according to company officials.
