Aida’s Newly Designed Unitized-Frame NSX 110-Metric-Ton Press Hits 300 Strokes/Min.

Aida-America has introduced a newly designed NSX 110-metric-ton, unitized-frame mechanical stamping press, rated for press speeds from 120 to 300 strokes/min. with a 65-mm stroke. The NSX features a low-deflection, one-piece frame and a low-deflection cast-iron slide. Zero-clearance roller-type slide guides and counter-rotating eccentric shafts help ensure accuracy and consistent high-volume production. 

Other features include hydraulic overload protection; a choice of plug-and-play Wintriss, Link or Rockwell Allen-Bradley controls; and eight programmable limit-switch channels.
