Associated Spring Acquires Sko-Die

Associated Spring, Milwaukee, WI, announces its acquisition of stamping and lamination manufacturer Sko-Die, Morton Grove, IL.  The acquisition brings 75 yr. of expertise in heavy-duty stampings, electrical laminations, and tooling to the 167-yr.-old springmaker’s portfolio of spring and stampings capabilities and product offerings. 

It also expands its global platform, strengthens its engineering capabilities, and reinforces its commitment to solving complex challenges across the aerospace, industrial, automotive, energy, and medical sectors, the company says.
