Master the Quick Die Change Process

Green Valley Manufacturing, Inc., Mt. Zion, IL, has introduced a new die cart (2500-lb. capacity) and rack designed to work together to make exchanging dies and returning to the press quick and easy. The cart’s tiller drive system is easy to handle, say company officials, allowing maximum turning radius to maneuver in tight spaces. The structural-steel-plate deck is built to last, and the rack, from the same steel plating, ensures that the cart lines up perfectly during die exchanges. The cart also comes with a custom push/pull system with controls located on the tiller head, and a wired control pendant. Die rack load capacity: 6 x 2500 lb.
