Pascal Engineering will feature downtime-reducing quick-die-change (QDC) solutions, providing demonstrations of magnetic clamping and other apparatus. QDC allows manufacturers to perform more frequent changeovers with no loss of capacity, as well as shorter production runs. It reduces manufacturing lead time and increases scheduling flexibility while lowering changeover costs. Magnetic clamping saves time because it clamps at the push of a button, and unlike manual clamping which would take time to adjust, it doesn’t require a unified mold size. 

At the booth, visitors also will see die lifters, rollers, and clamps, all controlled with a pump and control panel.
