CTL Line to Receive a Facelift

CommentsBraner/Loopco, Schiller Park, IL, has received an order from Steel & Pipe Supply to upgrade an existing cut-to-length (CTL) line with a new 96- by ¾-in. entry prep station, straightener, cassette leveler and variable-rake shear. The leveler, a Braner/Loopco TorqueMaster model, drives every roll independently, and allows for deep roll plunge to produce springback-stabilized flat sheet.
